It was a particularly good location near to the centre of the town and historical sites as well as public transport links.

Location: the hotel was close enough to the main Guildford train station, G Live theatre, very close to the main high street in Guildford and restaurants and shopping. Fast food restaurant Kfc was located 5 minutes walk away. The room was wonderful, comfortable and with the view. The breakfast had a great selection of selection, the food was excellent.

The warm welcome and stocked breakfast items. Entering the hotel through the garden could be improved as it was a bit messy, and parking was not directly outside. Still, it's great for a cozy and relaxed experience.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with friendly smiles and the good aroma of freshly restocked breakfast items. The room was clean and the bed reminded me of sleeping on a cloud.
Although the location is slightly hilly was good, it's manageable for most. Just be cautious if you're carrying heavy bags.

Stayed for my birthday and it was amazing! The room was beautifully done with comfortable beds and great breakfast options. Gina and john were so accommodating, even bringing us sandwiches for our journey.

Couples looking for cozy comfort
Room was clean and fully stocked with mini kitchenette items like milk, juice, and bread, perfect for late mornings in our pj's. The hosts, John and Gina, were attentive, even providing slippers to help us feel at home while using the shared bathroom down the hall.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but the value felt reasonable for the experience.
